It’s not enough just to run to be fast.
I created a special set of core strengthening exercises that are guaranteed to take your running to the next level. As a running coach and personal trainer, I always incorporate these specific exercises into my clients training programs.
My clients watch with amazement as their speed, power, and endurance all increase in a relatively short period of time.
These are the same exercises that I use in my own training sessions, and have helped me to finish in the top 5% of women in the Boston Marathon.
Doing this set of exercises three times per week can make your back, abs, glutes and hamstring muscles as strong as steel!
